Just 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, our home is nestled in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood distanced from the hustle and bustle of the city. You’ll have quick access to 4 of Denver's major highways: I-25, Boulder Turnpike (I-36), I-70 and I-76. Our home is comfortably situated in a lovely suburban neighborhood, yet centrally located and just 15 minutes from downtown Denver. Travelers from out of state will love the proximity from the airport - less than a 30-minute drive!
If you’re a foodie looking to explore the local Denver food scene, there are over 6 local Mexican and Asian restaurants, as well as a locals favorite breakfast spot. For the coffee snobs, there’s a local Schoolhouse that was turned into an eco-conscious cafe just down the street from our home!
You’ll be just minutes away from several Trailheads, open spaces and parks - perfect for those wanting a little nature without adventuring too far. On warm nights, you can explore the 200-acre parkland at Pelican Ponds Open Space for some bird watching and fishing dock.
If you’re traveling with family, Skyline Vista Park offers a large variety of playground equipment for little ones and is only a few blocks away! Several other parks and open spaces can be found in the area as well, totaling 65 within a mile of our home!
Nature and outdoors lovers will love the proximity to Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, where you’ll find more than 330 species of wildlife inhabit the refuge, including raptors, deer, raccoons, coyotes, white pelicans, black-footed ferrets, black-tailed prairie dogs, and bison!
Just a quick drive to reach downtown Denver and easy access to I-70 that will take you straight to the mountains, our home is in a fantastic location!
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
